Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Brine the wings for several hours, overnight if possible.
  2. Sous Vide the wings for 2 hours at 190 degrees.
  3. Deep fry or broil the wings to crisp and brown the skin.
  4. Optionally toss the wings in the sauce(s) of your choice.
  5. Plate and serve.
