Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 2 dz chicken wings
- brining solution
- wing sauce(s)
Instructions
- Brine the wings for several hours, overnight if possible.
- Sous Vide the wings for 2 hours at 190 degrees.
- Deep fry or broil the wings to crisp and brown the skin.
- Optionally toss the wings in the sauce(s) of your choice.
- Plate and serve.
